Our Parish Administrator position is currently vacant and we are recruiting – see our Jobs page (theunitedparish.org.uk/jobs) . Based from St John’s Church Offices, responsibilities include :
- Providing a central point of contact for all parish enquiries
- Responsible for all parish records including parishioner information, hall bookings, and general correspondences
- Managing all requests for use of our premises by parishioners and external organisations
- Managing all communications to parishioners and the wider community
- Oversight of all IT systems required to manage parish functions
- Enquiries on Giving & Gift-Aid.
